Exactly(? -- BardurArantsson?) the same as for the ConfigParser? Python module (see [this]).
- Incredibly simple.
- No unicode (I presume? -- BardurArantsson?)
- Implementation almost there.
- Supports interpolation. Useful when specifying e.g. related directories, but it is sort of one-way, i.e. if storing settings back, you cannot "uninterpolate" a string.
- Any hierarchical structure is a kludge, but may not actually be that bad in practice.
- No unicode support.
